The Customer Success Manager at Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success. This position requires a highly passionate and energetic individual with exceptional presentation and problem-solving skills. As a mid-to-senior level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and execute strategies to drive customer engagement and retention - Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty - Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of their purchases
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of success in a customer success or account management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex ideas clearly - Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented and highly organized - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
