Job Description - Customer Success Manager

The Aspire Zone Foundation in Doha, QA is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team at the Mid-to-Senior Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being resourceful and resilient. Additionally, strong soft skills in time management and leadership are required for success in this position.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products or services - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions to any issues that may arise - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers - Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure customer needs are met - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in our products or services - Create and deliver customer success reports to key stakeholders within the organization - Conduct customer training sessions to ensure they are getting the most value out of our products or services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in a customer success or account management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
