Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their long-term success and satisfaction - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner - Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve retention and loyalty - Monitor customer usage and engagement with our products and services - Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can improve the customer experience - Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer success metrics and KPIs

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful customer relationships - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability and resourcefulness in a remote work environment - Ability to innovate and think creatively to solve customer challenges - Excellent time management and organizational skills
