Job Description: Vodafone Qatar is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from home, providing you with the flexibility to balance work and personal life effectively. As a Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the satisfaction and success of our customers by building strong relationships and providing them with the support they need.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their main point of contact with the company - Understand customer needs and preferences, and work with internal teams to ensure these are met - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing customers - Provide training and support to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products and services - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to drive product development and customer-focused initiatives - Meet and exceed customer retention and success targets
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the telecommunications industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Ability to make sound decisions and think innovatively - Proficiency in using CRM and customer success software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
