Job Description:
As a Customer Success Officer at Sidra Medicine, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by proactively managing relationships with patients and their families. You will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their concerns, providing support and guidance, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey with Sidra Medicine.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families to understand their needs and concerns - Proactively reach out to patients to gather feedback, address any issues, and provide support - Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to coordinate and facilitate patient care - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and drive patient satisfaction - Provide education and resources to patients and their families to empower them in managing their health - Identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery and work closely with the team to implement solutions - Monitor key performance metrics related to patient satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our processes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field - 1+ years of experience in a customer success or healthcare-related role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful problem-solver with a dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office suite and customer relationship management software - Presentation skills and creativity to engage patients and their families effectively
