Job Description - Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


As a Remote Customer Success Officer at Hilton in Doha, Qatar, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. You will be working remotely, providing top-notch customer service and support to clients. This part-time associate level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and effective manner - Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success - Monitor customer accounts and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Conduct customer feedback surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Provide training and guidance to customers on product usage and best practices


Requirements: - Driven and resilient personality traits - Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Proven track record of building strong customer relationships - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
