Customer Success Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Customer Success Officer to join our team at Hilton. This is a work-from-home position based in Doha, Qatar. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction - Provide support and assistance to customers through various channels such as email, phone, and chat - Identify areas for improvement and work with the team to implement solutions - Track and analyze customer feedback to make informed decisions on how to better serve our customers - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Handle escalated customer issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Excellent persuasion skills - Ability to manage projects effectively - A proactive and customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Experience in customer service is a plus
