Job Description - Customer Success Representative


Job Description: We are seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team at Hamad Medical Corporation in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth customer experience - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and provide support as needed - Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing customers - Track and report on customer success metrics to measure the effectiveness of our customer support efforts - Assist with customer onboarding and training to ensure a seamless transition for new clients


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or customer success role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
