Job Description:
Katara Hospitality, a leading hospitality company in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team at the Associate Level. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and support. 2. Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns to ensure their satisfaction. 3. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and implement solutions. 5. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to optimize their use of our services. 6. Monitor customer accounts and track key metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Prepare and deliver presentations to customers on product updates, best practices, and industry trends. 8. Stay current on industry trends and customer preferences to anticipate their needs and provide proactive support.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems. 4. Excellent presentation skills and ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner. 5. Hardworking and resourceful mindset to adapt to changing customer needs and priorities. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
