Customer Success Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Snoonu is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Success Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers from the comfort of your own home in Doha, Qatar. This position is ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to their inquiries and concerns. 2. Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Educate customers on the products and services offered by Snoonu to increase usage and engagement. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner and ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Track and report on key performance metrics related to customer success and retention.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong persuasion and innovation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
