Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Qatar Sports Investments in Doha. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will be the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, solving their problems, and providing guidance and support as needed.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of customers and serve as their primary point of contact - Understand customers' needs and goals, and work with them to achieve success - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers - Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify areas for improvement - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3 years of experience in customer service or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and resilient personality traits - Excellent time management and planning skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with CRM software is a plus
