Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


Meddy, a leading healthcare platform in Doha, QA, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for motivated and dedicated individuals who are looking to kickstart their careers in customer service and healthcare industry.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide exceptional support and assistance - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Assist in creating and implementing customer success strategies to drive growth and retention - Provide comprehensive product knowledge and training to customers - Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed


Requirements: - No prior experience required, but candidates must be motivated and dedicated to learn and grow - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
