Remote Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

Snoonu is looking for a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time entry-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. The Remote Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our services and have their needs met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone - Onboard new customers and guide them through the platform - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless customer experiences - Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and pain points - Meet customer success KPIs and targets set by the company

Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality - Excellent people management skills - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus) - Ability to work remotely and independently - Strong organizational and time management skills
