Responsibilities: 1. Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals to ensure their success with Qatar Rail products and services. 2. Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to drive revenue growth. 3. Develop and deliver customer success plans, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to advocate for customer needs and enhance the customer experience. 5. Monitor customer health and satisfaction metrics, identifying trends and proactively addressing any issues to prevent customer churn. 6. Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to customers, helping them maximize the value of Qatar Rail products and services. 7. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles. 3. Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently with customers at all levels. 4. Experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 5. Energetic and proactive personality, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. 6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, where change is constant. 7. Knowledge of CRM software and customer success metrics is a plus.
