Remote Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

Ezdan Holding Group is seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, and possess strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Provide product and service information to customers - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Energetic and confident personality - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
