Job Description: We are seeking a customer support assistant to join our team at Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. in Doha, QA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role will involve resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The customer support assistant will also be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and responding to emails and phone calls.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients - Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and responding to emails and phone calls - Work closely with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and hardworking personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
