Job Description:
Hamad Medical Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities: - Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers, providing information and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Assist customers with scheduling appointments, obtaining medical records, and navigating our healthcare services. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Assist in coordinating and organizing events and programs aimed at improving customer satisfaction and experience. - Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer support processes and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. - Driven individual with a resilient attitude towards challenges and obstacles. - Excellent planning and organizational skills. - High emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism. - Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
