Remote Customer Support Assistant

Job Description: Qatar Free Zones Authority is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team. As a part-time position, this role will involve providing excellent customer support to our clients in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, energetic, and possess strong persuasion and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with any issues or questions they may have regarding our services - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate any issues to the appropriate department - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required - Must be dedicated, energetic, and have strong persuasion and analysis skills
