Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Ezdan Holding Group is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Support Assistant will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients and supporting the day-to-day operations of our company.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues - Assist in managing the company's social media platforms and responding to customer comments and messages - Support the customer support team with administrative tasks as needed - Help to identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and policies


Requirements: - Motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
