Job Description:
Qatar Airways is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of relevant experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner - Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving any issues related to their travel - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for customers - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on airline policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers - Assist in resolving any billing discrepancies or payment issues
Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with diplomacy - Dedication to providing excellent customer service - Adaptability to changing schedules and priorities - Knowledge of airline industry practices and procedures is a plus - Fluency in English and any additional languages is preferred - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
