Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

Qatar Science & Technology Park is seeking a motivated and driven Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. The Customer Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Assisting with order processing and shipment tracking - Participating in team meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Driven and reliable personality traits
