Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Msheireb Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level role, this position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and hardworking attitude, along with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and customer experience enhancement

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and make informed decisions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred - Must be a resident of Doha, Qatar
