Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description: MEEZA, a leading IT solutions provider in Doha, QA, is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, driven, possess excellent teamwork skills, and demonstrate strong decision-making abilities.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and product inquiries - Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Promote company products and services to customers when appropriate


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and driven personality traits - Strong teamwork and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
