Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Estithmar Holding is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Support Associate in our Doha office. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience. 5. Update and maintain customer records in the database. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and customer service strategies. 7. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Demonstrated experience in customer support roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. 4. Strong problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Driven and reliable personality traits. 7. Strong planning and cooperation skills. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 9. High school diploma or equivalent required.
