Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Sidra Medicine is seeking a reliable and energetic Customer Support Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to patients and their families.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with scheduling appointments, making payments, and navigating the healthcare system. 3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and areas for improvement. 6. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all customers. 7. Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. High school diploma or equivalent. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Must have a high level of innovation and analytical skills. 7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
