Job Description:
Starlink Qatar is seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing support to our customers in Doha, Qatar.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, order status, and account inquiries. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 5. Utilize critical thinking skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Present a professional and positive image of the company to customers at all times. 7. Adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities. 8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent presentation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
