Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Hamad Medical Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer support team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the customer support team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure outstanding customer service. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor customer support performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and streamline processes. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support. 7. Mentor team members and promote a positive and motivating work environment.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Customer Support Manager or similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to lead and motivate a team. 6. Hardworking and driven personality traits. 7. Strong people management and time management skills.
