Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Customer Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of customer support for our company.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance management. 2. Develop and implement policies and procedures for delivering exceptional customer support services. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular reports to management. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve our processes.


Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Confidence in dealing with a variety of customer issues and challenges. 3. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Excellent problem-solving abilities to address complex customer inquiries. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. 7. Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools is a plus.


Personality traits: Confidence and independence are key traits for success in this role. The ability to lead a team and make decisions with conviction will be essential for managing customer support operations effectively.


Soft skills: Strong time management skills will be crucial for balancing multiple responsibilities and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries. Problem-solving skills will also be important for addressing customer issues and finding effective solutions.
