Job Description - Customer Support Manager


Job Description:


Al Shaqab is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Doha, QA. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer support and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing coaching and guidance as needed - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures - Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and efficiency - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues - Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer support - Report on key performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong leadership skills with a focus on people management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Driven and goal-oriented mindset - Experience with customer support software and tools - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
