Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team at Qatar Science & Technology Park. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in customer support roles. The Remote Customer Support Manager will work part-time and will be responsible for managing a team of remote customer support representatives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and lead a team of remote customer support representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve processes. 5. Train and onboard new remote customer support team members. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in customer support roles. 2. Independent and passionate personality traits. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and research skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven track record of successfully managing remote teams. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred). 7. Experience with customer support software and tools. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
