Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Katara Hospitality is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives to ensure efficient and effective customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 4. Analyze customer support data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Train and onboard new customer support team members. 7. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures. 8. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.


Requirements: 1. Strong organizational and leadership skills. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 4. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 5. Attention to detail and innovation in problem-solving. 6. Proficiency in customer support software and tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
