Job Description:


MEEZA, a leading company in the tech industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, adaptable, and possess strong interpersonal skills. As the Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.


Responsibilities:


- Manage and oversee a team of customer support representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve issues efficiently - Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve them in a timely manner - Train and mentor staff to ensure they deliver high-quality customer service - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Experience with CRM systems is a plus
