Job Description:
Msheireb Properties is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Customer Support Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer support operations, ensuring that our valued customers receive exceptional service and assistance. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a customer support role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns, escalate issues as needed, and drive towards resolution - Conduct regular training sessions for customer support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve services
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Proven experience in a customer support management role, preferably in the real estate or property development industry - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach - Resilient and able to work well under pressure - Motivated and able to inspire a team towards achieving goals - Creative thinking and presentation skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
