Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and confident Customer Support Manager to join our team at Qatar Rail in Doha. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the customer support team, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the customer support team to deliver exceptional service to customers. 2. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide effective solutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. 6. Train and mentor customer support staff to improve performance and customer satisfaction. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Customer Support Manager or similar role. 3. Strong leadership and management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software.
