Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Katara Hospitality is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of customer support services provided by the company. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, as well as strong leadership and organizational abilities.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery - Monitor customer service metrics, such as response times and customer satisfaction scores, and make recommendations for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints and work to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer support management


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong communication and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred - Experience with CRM systems is a plus
