Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

BeIN Sports is looking for a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team in Doha, QA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in customer support. The ideal candidate will possess traits such as resilience and independence, as well as soft skills including persuasion and adaptability.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting technical issues. 4. Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills. 4. Proficiency in relevant computer applications. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Resilient and able to handle difficult customers.
