Remote Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Barwa Group is seeking a motivated and hardworking Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
