Customer Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

United Development Company is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Officer to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility of working from home. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, technical support, and troubleshooting. 3. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes and procedures. 6. Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement based on customer feedback. 7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Proficiency in using MS Office and customer support software. 4. Hardworking and energetic personality with a positive attitude. 5. Strong presentation and persuasion skills. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. No prior experience required – training will be provided.
