Job Description:
Qatar Rail is seeking a Customer Support Officer to work remotely from home in Doha. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a high level of communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution 3. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues 5. Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions to improve their experience 6. Assist with training new team members and providing ongoing support and guidance 7. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction 8. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers 9. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, aiming to achieve a positive resolution
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field 2. Hardworking and energetic personality traits 3. Strong project management and leadership skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite 7. High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
