Al Shaqab is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our team, working remotely from home. Requirements: 1. 4 years of customer service experience in a similar role. 2. Confident and driven personality with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. 3. Strong adaptability and time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks. 4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
