Customer Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

RasGas Company Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing support to our valued customers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for customers using our products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Adaptable and confident in dealing with a variety of customer situations - Demonstrated cooperation and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
