Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Msheireb Properties is seeking a dedicated and driven Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This part-time position is at the Associate Level with a requirement of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers in troubleshooting technical problems with our products or services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Conduct research to provide accurate information and solutions to customers - Demonstrate leadership skills in handling escalated customer issues and finding resolutions

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Experience with remote customer support is a plus - Strong research skills to provide accurate information to customers - Dedication to providing top-notch customer service
