Customer Support Representative

Qatar Solar Technologies is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, hardworking, possess strong research skills, and have an attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide assistance with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate customer records and update profiles as needed. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. 5. Identify trends in customer concerns and provide feedback to improve products and services. 6. Assist with customer feedback surveys and data analysis.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
