Job Description - Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Al Shaqab is seeking a motivated and dedicated Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients in a remote setting.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner. 2. Assist with order processing and tracking shipments. 3. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 5. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their needs effectively. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures. 9. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of customer support experience. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Motivated and dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. 7. Persuasion and presentation skills. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
