Job Description: Al Jazeera Media Network is seeking a skilled Remote Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Doha, QA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer support role and possess a confident, driven personality. Additionally, strong negotiation and people management skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively - Work closely with other teams within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer support role - Confident and driven personality - Strong negotiation and people management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
