Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team at Qatar Science & Technology Park in Doha. As a part-time entry-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and possess a strong desire to help customers resolve their issues.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Provide assistance and solutions to customers regarding products and services - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Document customer interactions and feedback - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously strive to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Excellent communication skills - Ability to persuade and influence customers - 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred - High school diploma or equivalent - Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus - Fluency in English is required, Arabic proficiency is a bonus
