Job Description:
Starlink Qatar is seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Support Representative to join our team in Doha. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles and possess strong analytical and time management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges 4. Update customer account information accurately 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns 6. Identify trends in customer concerns and provide feedback to improve processes 7. Meet or exceed customer service metrics and targets 8. Continuously seek to improve the customer support experience
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support roles 2. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 3. Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve 4. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks 5. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service 6. Resourcefulness in finding solutions to customer issues 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
