Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Customer Support Representative to join our team at Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Participating in training and professional development opportunities to stay current on products and policies. 8. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 5. Cooperation and negotiation skills to handle difficult customer situations. 6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
