Job Description - Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team at Snoonu. As a work-from-home customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a virtual setting. This is a part-time entry-level position, ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service or work remotely.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing information about our products and services. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Assist customers with technical support for our online platform and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries. 6. Handle escalations and transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed. 7. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Adaptability to work in a virtual environment and communicate effectively with customers remotely. 2. Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with clients. 3. Strong leadership skills to take charge of customer interactions and provide solutions in a timely manner. 4. Critical thinking abilities to analyze customer inquiries and find effective solutions. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
