Job Description:


Ezdan Holding Group is currently seeking a driven and resourceful Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time, work from home basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Research and troubleshoot customer problems and escalate issues as needed. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up to date on product information and provide accurate information to customers. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Meet and exceed customer service goals and objectives.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. 3. Must be resourceful and able to think on your feet to solve problems. 4. Ability to work independently in a remote work environment. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Must have access to a reliable internet connection.
